JOB TITLE: Senior Manager/AVP - Talent Management
GRADE: Senior Manager/AVP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Culture Audit initiative for Great Place to Work (GPTW) Assessment and support in execution of the survey.
- Responsible for leading action planning initiatives post the GPTW assessment.
- Responsible for conducting talent profiling in the organisation and planning suitable and customised development interventions.
- Identify right external talent management partners for various leadership level interventions like coaching, leadership development, etc.
- Lead the career progression assessment for Sales and Non-Sales employees.
- Responsible for Individual Development Plan (IDP) formulation for non-promotees across bands.
- Responsible for leading various OD interventions in the organisation.
- Responsible for managing Talent Management budget and ensuring appropriate savings wherever possible.

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS
- WORK EXPERIENCE 8+ years of experience in Talent Management/OD
- QUALIFICATIONS MBA in Human Resources/Master's in Psychology
