Senior Manager/AVP - Talent Management with Leading Insurance Company
Location : Corporate Office @ Goregaon
Work Model : 5 days work from office
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead Culture Audit initiative for Great Place to Work (GPTW) Assessment and support in execution of the survey.
- Responsible for leading action planning initiatives post the GPTW assessment.
- Responsible for conducting talent profiling in the organization and planning suitable and customized development interventions.
- Identify right external talent management partners for various leadership level interventions like coaching, leadership development, etc.
- Lead the career progression assessment for Sales and Non-Sales employees.
- Responsible for Individual Development Plan (IDP) formulation for non-promotes across bands.
- Responsible for leading various OD interventions in the organization.
- Responsible for managing Talent Management budget and ensuring appropriate savings wherever possible.

Preferred Credentials :
- Work Experience 8+ years of experience in Talent Management/OD
