Senior Manager/AVP - Sales & Trading Risk Management - Regulatory Control Group - Prime Brokerage

A leading global bank is looking for Sr Managers (FEMALE CANDIDATES ONLY) for their regulatory control group in Mumbai that works for the bank's prime brokerage business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Daily review of Sales & Trading activities to comply with regulations/ internal controls

- Interact with control functions (Legal, Compliance and Technology Risk), non-market risk teams

- Supervise risk control activities / daily review of exception reports/ maintain records of these reviews (SHO, Wash Sales, Employee Trading)

- Create/ Improve and monitor control frameworks

- Lead projects related to the supervisory platform and the information security program work with FID /IED/ Risk mgmt / Tech /Ops/ Finance/ Compliance

REQUIREMENTS:

- CA/ MBA (FIN/ equivalent)

- Overall 9-14 years experience/ 7-10 years relevant experience in Compliance, Risk Management and/or Trading Support focusing on sales and trading issues

- Leadership and Project management skills

- MS Office (Word/ Excel/ Ppt/ Project)
