Key Responsibilities :
Managerial Responsibilities :
- Drive new initiatives and product lines to build the overall business of the company that cuts across the MSME space.
- Monitor, track and deliver Product KPIs - Volumes, PAR/NPA in line with PPR for each individual product segment.
- Monitor branch performance variance to KPIs and ensure struggling branches are provided adequate support.
- Liaising with other stakeholders in driving the overall Product Strategy (Buildup to execution).
Functional Responsibilities :
- Implementation and handholding of new products across specified locations.
- Conducting training sessions about new products and also strengthening existing product information.
- Enabling the field forces to sell the product to target customers and staying in regular touch with them.
- Identifying the weak areas/revenue loss segment and taking corrective measures by engaging different stakeholders
- Routine research & competitive landscape understanding to improvise existing product propositioning or launch new product.
- Liaising with Credit & Policy team for enhancement/modification & rollout of new products.
- Routine field travels in implementing/covering above points.
- Liaising the IT team for system development/enhancement of the products.
- Products analytics & MISs - Reviewing product for its strengths & weaknesses.
- Analysing data details (internal/external) for enhancing the product propositioning. Defining product related MISs for keeping all the stakeholders abreast.
- Planning and evaluation campaigns about the existing and new products in association with the marketing team.
- Routine progress report/deck preparations for management review.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduate with MBA.
- Minimum 4 - 8 years work experience with NBFC/Bank.
- Should have spent adequate time in retail sales and in various stages of designing, developing and launching products.
