One of renowned client in Financial services looking for Senior Manager / AVP - Product Management - Fraud Solutions in Mumbai.

JD :

Designation : Senior Manager / AVP

Mode of Hire (Permanent/Contract) : Permanent

Qualifications : Post Graduate in Business Education

- 10+ years of experience working in financial services industry with at least 5+ years in fraud prevention solutions domain.

- Experience in eCommerce fraud prevention domain would also be considered as an alternate

Role Expectation :

- Define and drive fraud and Identity solution suite to support growing needs of financial services industry.

- You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects.

- You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

- You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market

- You will work with technology and operations counterpart to define product requirements.

- You will define the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customer segments.

- You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, working with the sales and key customers.

- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities

- Specifying requirements for current and future products by conducting market assessment supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.

- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.

- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product.

Technical Skills :

- Understanding of fraud prevention domain especially in banking domain and lending business

- Understanding of fraud detection and its evolution within the digital ecosystem

- Working knowledge of at least one of the fraud prevention tools available in the market (Hunter, SAS EFM, Falcon etc)

- Demonstrated expertise in launching new products and solutions in a fast paced environment

Soft Skills:

- Work with various cross-functional teams and individuals across the organization to develop appropriate solutions

- Can persuade internal and external stakeholders to make client solutions a priority

- Excellent written and oral communication

- Learns quickly when facing new problems

- Analyzes both successes and failure for clues to improvement

- Experiments and tries unconventional approaches to find solutions

- Enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks

- Builds a learning conducive environment

- Resilient and demonstrate confidence in extremely challenging circumstances
