Senior Manager/AVP - Organizational Development - Asset Management Firm

We are hiring for one of the leading Asset Management Companies in Mumbai. Here are some of the key indicators for the position of Sr. Manager / AVP - OD:

- MBA from one of the top institute including US/US will be preferred.

- Has interest in Psychology or has a degree in Industrial Psychology and interest in research.

- At least worked in OD role for minimum 10 years over and above Talent management, L&D roles.

- Consulting background would be of great help.

Some of the qualification could be :

1. ISABs Lab/Sumedha Lab

2. Certified in psychometric tests like MBTI/16PF/DISC etc.

3. Executive Coaching

4. Competency Framework design and development.

- Has insight in Job evaluation/assessment centres/development center/Organization structure and design.

- Has insight on working with business and willingness to work with people.

Expected Outcomes :

- Articulating OD/Organizational Effectiveness Vision for organization.

- Make a business case for well directed investment in people and processes.

- Design and implement best in class practices.

- Ability to guide and develop team about SOP's/Manuals/Processes/Writing reports etc.

- Work with stakeholders to champion OP/L&D agenda.
