- Manage end to end process excellence initiative to improve process efficiency (time, Cost, Customer experience)

- Apply lean six sigma principle to understand the end to end process to understand opportunities of improvement and gaps in existing process

- The candidate will design, develop and implement process improvement framework across Business Units

- Measure, analyse, and evaluate existing processes to identify process improvement opportunities that would support the Business Unit in reducing waste and minimise variability through various benchmarking exercises.

- Obtain, organize and analyse data to drive a fact-based root cause analysis and design sustainable process-flow / solutions

- Review Country level process standards and benchmark against Global best practices to implement "best-in-class" process 'Gold standards' for enhanced performance metrics and business outcomes

- Apply Lean/Six Sigma tools and practices to simplify processes and streamline internal processes within cross-functional teams.

- Conduct and facilitate process improvement / reengineering workshops, brainstorming sessions and various process improvement events

- Develop, design and document end-to-end process maps, upstream and downstream taxonomies, flowcharts and system architecture for the Business Unit

- Work closely with Global Process Leads to finalise and implement future state processes.

- The incumbent will also be expected to participate in appropriate squads alongside their relevant Global Process Lead to help drive process excellence workshops
