Core responsibilities:
- Tracking project progress by meeting clients and conducting regular site visits and evaluating issues (if any) in timely completion of the project by engaging with technical teams of contractors/ developers/ lenders' engineers/ valuers etc
- Monitoring of sanctioned conditions in the Infrastructure & real estate segment
- Regular engagement with the borrower for updates on key developments in the project
- Managing post disbursement processes like deferral management, conducting security adequacy checks, NOC issuance, tracking of covenants, post disbursement compliances, monitoring project cash flows and variance in projections and actual parameters (if any) related to project etc.
- He/ she will be for working with business, credit and risk/ operations for improving client management, business strategy, analytics, process efficiency
- Dissemination of updates on the industry (infra/RE), market, external business factors and keep track of developments relating to the borrowers, govt. policies, regulations, projects & sponsors
- Developing an effective early warning system for projects being monitored
- Make in-depth presentations on portfolio and other updates to top management
- The candidate is expected to be a strong contributor to knowledge sharing efforts within the team and the firm as a whole.
- Handling MIS for Infra/ RE portfolio and managing audit observations for accounted monitored
Essentials:
- Excellent oral and written, communication and presentation skills to enable seamless interaction across all levels of Management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- High team orientation
- Flexibility to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Office product suite (Word/ Excel/ Power point)
Academic Qualifications: MBA / CA with a good academic background with 5-8 years' experience.
