About the Company:

Mobitaz is mobile/online transactional services company created with a sole objective to shift existing cash transactions to customer's mobile phone. We are trying to develop an innovative and easy to use payment interface/ ecosystem designed targeting precisely the Indian customers using the current domestic connectivity infrastructure.

The founding team is IIT alumnus across different batches with diverse domain experience both from business and tech side. Our team has been working the in the payments space for past several year across different functions including developing payments strategy, designing payments products executing cross border payment gateway integration etc.

We are a young, exciting, diverse and fun loving team to work for with excellent opportunities for growth and diversification.

Profile :

We are looking for a creative, passionate confident team member who is hands-on and has strong experience in the marketing and sales of banking/ payments/financial services/ FMCG/ consumer goods. The person will build and grow the team as the company grows.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Identify and segregate relevant consumer segments

- Develop campaigns, end-to-end, (digital, on-ground BTL and ATL) to drive product presence and adoption

- Organize events to drive adoption in initial round of innovators

- Develop strategies to build initial crucial mass of customers and merchants

- Implement physical and online marketing campaigns across relevant channels

- Monitor campaigns effectiveness

- Conduct market research to identify upcoming trends and develop innovative ways to target consumers

Requirements :

- Curiosity and passion to study, develop and execute innovative acquisition strategies

- Experience in sales/ marketing and business development domain with understanding of customer needs/requirements and brand positioning

- Deep desire to learn and understand retail/e-Commerce sector, brand awareness, advertisement campaign (online and physical) and retail trends

- Excellent communication, creative and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build, manage and mentor large teams

- Customer-centric, creative and analytical problem-solving mindset

- Data driven, fast paced and keen on building long term lasting professional relationships

- Avid technology user & propagator

- Engineering/ MBA from Tier I school with ambition and potential to help the accelerated business growth during initial few years

- Experience in tech/ IT & financial/ banking services will be added advantage

Remuneration :

Combination of cash and equity (commensurate with skills and capabilities), cash compensation would be low initially and will grow with time and reaching at par within a year
