Reports To: Regional Sales Manager
Job Summary:
The Branch Manager - LAP Sales is responsible for leading and managing the branch's Loan Against Property sales operations. This includes driving sales targets, managing a sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for LAP products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Drive initiatives to increase market penetration and customer acquisition.
Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team productivity and morale.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with LAP sales operations.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and address any issues promptly.
Branch Operations:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including administrative tasks and resource allocation.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of branch resources to achieve sales objectives.
- Implement and oversee branch-level marketing and promotional activities.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of LAP products and the financial services market.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
