Requirements:

The candidate should have experience in life insurance.

Ideal profile would be a person with minimum 7 years of sales experience in handling bancassurance channel / Broking channel in Life Insurance company. Insurance trainer with a flair for sales would also be a BEST fitment . While this role does not require any team handling, candidate having experience of handling team, would be a positive.

Responsibilities:

The role would be to coordinate with a set of Wealth RMs on a day to basis to convince them to pitch and close Life Insurance and Health Insurance Propositions to their clients. Job will entail providing premium quotations, client specific calculations, follow up for leads , do client meetings , support wealth RMs in closures and logins of Life and Health Insurance proposal and provide after sales service. The person will also have to coordinate with the Life and Health Insurance companies.
