Senior Manager/AVP- Legal (Financial Services)

Primary Responsibilities include :

- Supporting Sales team in conducting negotiations on agreements & related documentation

- Reviewing and assisting in negotiation of all corporate loans/capital raising initiatives

- Carrying out discussions with external lawyers engaged for opinion on the documents

- Overlooking any litigation that the Company may file

- Assisting Compliance team in formulation and implementation of policies in adherence to RBI regulations, Bombay Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable laws.

- Looking at candidates with 8-12 years of experience with Financial Firms/NBFC.

Budget - Up to 20 lakhs

Location - Goregaon, Mumbai
