Job Title - Leadership Role (Senior Manager/AVP)-Implementation

Job Location -Gurgaon

- Relevant exp. of 9+ years of exp. in IT/Testing/Implementation

- Must be on Manager designation or above.

- Must have exp. as Project Manager.

- Must have exp. into Health domain/Health & Welfare/Define Contribution/Define Benefits/Health & Benefits

- Strong People Management exp.

- Must have excellent communication skills.

Description:

- 9+ years of work experience with blue chip companies.

- HB/DB/DC knowledge must or health domain Exp.

- Project management skills (not necessarily IT only- include client, system implementation).

International (US at least) stakeholder management

- Project Planning, Monitoring and Reporting - Managing the metrics, SLAs directly impacting the client and ensuring a smooth delivery to the client.

- Communication and Stakeholder Management

- Client Management

- People Management, should have experience of managing a good span of team.

- Process Management

- Coaching and Development

- Recruitment - Active participation in hiring and conducting Level 2 Interviews

- Risk Management - Raising risks and creating mitigation plans

- Integration Management
