AVP/ Chief Manager Financial Planning and Analysis (Real Estate Broking firm)

- We are currently hiring a seasoned Finance professional to join our team and provide overall financial support and formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.

- You will also lead year-end audits, GST reporting and other tax matters and ensure compliance with internal controls and processes.

Your responsibilities will include :

- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.

- Ensuring tax compliance by reviewing direct and indirect tax returns, tax provisions and attending to tax queries

- Work with finance and other cross-functional teams to implement and improve end-to-end tax processes and procedures to mitigate risks

- Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making

- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process

- Analyzing actuals against budget/ forecast and prior year

- Support decision making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance

Key Requirements :

- You are a Qualified Chartered Accountant with prior experience in a similar role.

- You have strong experience working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve the organization's financial performance.

- You have excellent analytical skills as well as a strong business acumen.
