Senior Manager/AVP - Finance Process Improvement Consultant - F&A Domain

Finance Process Improvement Consultant (Master/Expert level) F & A Domain only

Key roles and responsibilities:

- Partner with various Finance organizations to identify and drive strategic Finance projects with Lean Six Sigma (LSS) methodology

- Mentor and guide YB, GB, BB projects driven by Finance employees to achieve efficiency/business outcomes

- Drive workshops/war rooms to find improvement opportunities and/or solve chronic operations issues

- Provide training on LSS tools and methodology and drive quality certifications

- Drive strategies to build a quality culture for Finance organization

Qualification/Experience Requirement:

- Black Belt or Master Black Belt with F&A domain experience (CA or MBA Finance preferred)

- Strong understanding of F&A processes and their connection with business

- 10-15 years of experience in F&A, Quality or combined

- Excellent verbal and written communication

- Consultative skills and driving large projects experience desired

- Out of the box thinking, self-starter, cross geographic experience
