Senior Manager/AVP - Finance & Accounts - Jewellery Business

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the development and implementation of strategic financial planning processes.

- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to support business decision-making.

- Forecast financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Develop annual budgets in collaboration with department heads and executive leadership.

- Monitor budget performance and variance analysis.

- Prepare regular forecasts and adjust strategies as needed.

Financial Reporting:

- Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies.

- Present financial reports to senior management and board of directors.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.

Accounting Operations:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.

- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and financial reviews.

Strategic Financial Initiatives:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business development opportunities.

- Evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.

- Provide financial analysis for capital expenditure decisions.
