Job Title : Senior Manager / AVP - Business Analytics / EA

Job Location : Mumbai

Reporting to : Chief Financial Officer

Job Purpose:

- Business Planning and review (Revenue)

- Managing Strategic projects

Key Accountabilities :

- Monitoring of commodity wise revenues and presenting performance on exchange volumes. Highlighting areas of good performance and areas of concern, both financially and operationally.

- Participate in the annual business planning process of the exchange (revenue perspective)

- Evolving and executing operational plans to reach the business goals

- Managing new initiatives and strategic projects

- Data gathering and analysis to monitor performance of new and existing strategic initiatives

- Preparing and reviewing of operational plan and major milestones

- Creating financial models for due diligence, valuation, business plan, etc. work undertaken by the Exchange.

- Analysis related to Capital restructuring and secondary sale of shares by existing shareholders.

- Participate in managing any strategic alliances or collaborations with other exchanges.

Educational Qualification :

- CA/Post Graduate Diploma in Finance

- MBA

Experience & Industry:

- 5-8 years relevant Experience from the Finance sector, preferred commodity markets

Skills and Knowledge:

- Knowledge of investment opportunities and portfolio management

- Understanding of the Exchange operations and commodities market
