Qualifications

Graduate / PhD in Economics

Experience:

6 - 8 years of Hands on experience in quantitative research in Real Estate / Infrastructure space

Job Description:

- To provide macro-economic and quantitative research.

- Statistical and time series model building, Writing periodic and thematic reports, market research using statistical tools.

- To handle various researches oriented consultancy projects, sector studies.

- Carry out Quantitative market research surveys in real estate space.

Other essential skills:

- Thorough understanding of the Real estate / Infrastructure sector

- Patience and perseverance.

- Excellent communications skills - written as well as verbal.

- Good Analytical & Statistical skills.

Candidate Reqt:

M.A / Ph.D in Economics with 6 - 8 yrs of exp in quantitative market research from Ratings / global Research firms with good analytical & statistical skills. Cands having exp in real estate / infrastructure market research will be preferred.

Compensation range : upto 18 - 20 lacs p.a
