Senior Manager / AVP / DVP IT Audit with Leading Private Bank

We have opening for Senior Manager / AVP / DVP IT Audit with Leading private Bank.

Location - Mumbai

Experience - 5 + Year

BFSI experience Must.

- Oversee and direct a group of IT auditors to complete a variety of IT audit assignments, such as vendor audits, concurrent audits, regulatory submissions, IT application and infrastructure audits, and application security assessments.

- After scoping, budgeting, and meetings with important stakeholders including the CTO, CISO, and CRO, develop the Risk Based Audit Framework in accordance with RBI rules and implement ISO 27001 Standards.

- Next, prepare the IT Audit strategy for the bank.

- Oversee and communicate with partners in outsourced auditing, focusing on audit duration and expense minimization, enhancing productivity without requiring extra resources, and producing excellent audit work products that can be submitted to the board.

- Carry out Human Resource Management tasks, such as performance reviews, hiring and keeping top personnel, and creating team training programmes.

- Create and oversee the programme for quality assurance and improvement, and assist with both internal and external quality evaluations.

- Take on consulting positions to help with IT projects related to IT risk management and internal controls.

- Internal hiring and team mentorship

Requirements -

- A degree-holder with five to ten years of experience doing IT audits, ideally in the BFSI industry.

- Need to be certified as a CISA. A few more desirable certifications include CISM/CRISC/CISSP.

- Skilful written and spoken communication

- Good understanding of important RBI circulars

- Strong interpersonal and project management abilities, ideally coupled with prior team leadership experience.

- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and efficient data handling abilities;

- High energy, passion, and self-starting attitude;

- Excellent presenting, time management, and organisational skills; includes the capacity to multitask.

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

- Ready to travel when required.
