Location - Mumbai

Role:

The incumbent will be farming the partner accounts and will take care of it at a PAN India level

The role is market facing and the successful candidate will work to develop, expand, and maintain a positive long-term, high impact, value-adding and trusted relationship with the client

- Experience of interacting with stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills to develop and nurture client relationships

- Experience in insurance is an added advantage

- Serve as the lead point of contact and responsible for the P&L

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives

- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

- Forecast and track key account metrics

- Prepare reports on account status

- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory

- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

- Candidate should have KAM/alliances experience in Insurance Industry

- Candidates with Alliances/KAM experience from Fintech Companies will be relevant
