Role: Customer Analytics

Function: Product Development & Strategy

Location: Gurgaon

Organization: Large NBFC

Reporting: EVP & Head - Product

Key Result Areas :

- Integration of different internal and external data sources to build uniform customer view

- Analysis of portfolio information to aid product decisions

- Build customer loan based models like foreclosure propensity model

- Devising new program strategies with the objective of enhancing revenue and client reach

- Manage external technical service providers

- Manage data for performance tracking systems for sales, channel partners and other distribution stakeholders

- Design and manage MIS systems (on-line and off-line) for regular publication along with analysis on need to do basis

Required Skills :

- Good statistical skills (both conceptual and practical application of the same)

- Ability to work with large diverse datasets

- Ability to use SAS and other programing software

- Ability to think innovatively with a passion for driving execution excellence

- Demonstrated capability to lead, manage and work with cross functional teams

- Good analytical, excel and presentation skills

- Good communication and people skills

Qualification :

- Graduate / Post graduate with MBA or M. Sc.

- Degree in statistics / economics preferred

No of years of Industry experience:

- 5-8 Years of relevant experience
