Position:--Sr. Manager / AVP CAS (Corporate Advisory Services)

Location:-Mumbai

Experience for Sr. Manager- Post Qualification Min 7 Yrs

Experience for AVP- Post Qualification Min 9-10 Yrs

Description:-

- Advisory and Fund Raising deals for a number of Indian companies in my focus areas of Power, Pharma, Infrastructure etc.

- Have been involved end-to-end in, M&A Advisory deals and Private Equity funding transactions.

- Actively involved in sector research and idea generation, deal origination and execution for all the different verticals.

- Market placements focused on deal origination and execution in the mid markets.

- Special focus on client relations, expertise in M&A advisory

- Experience gained in client interaction, providing valuable inputs on internal as well as external calls and meetings.
