Senior Manager/AVP - Commercial Leasing/Customer Support - Real Estate

- Coordinate and support across legal, Finance, Billing, Collections, projects, leasing and other departments.

- Checking & proofing of all types of documents prior to execution. Coordination for Execution & Registration of all new and existing lease transactions.

Monitor lease transactions, maintain all leasing related records and resolve existing client queries. Review the rent,lock in and lease expires. Underwriting for vacant properties.

Creation & Maintenance of records related to billing, lease renewals, costing and master plans, invoices, deviation letters, understand legal notices.

- Support and provide inputs to leasing team for leasing transactions. Should have exposure to real estate industry specifically in commercial and industrial projects. Should be well versed with ERP & CRM. Should have excellent communication skills and exposure to client interaction. Should have done leasing transactions and documentation.
