- Drives the campaign management process to generate revenue in the assigned portfolio.
- Develops and orchestrates campaign execution to deliver all channels of customer contact in a timely manner.
- Supports associated analytical requirements and model development, model development and scoring process affiliated with campaigns.
- Hands on experience on SAS.
- Exposure to banking domain is desired.
- Designs develop and maintain databases and data marts as needed for MIS, end-user computing and statistical modeling. Ascertains, recommends and implements methods of improving efficiencies in database design, programming tools, and coding methodologies for the business analysts and Information Management.
- Manages IM team to work on prioritized BI/MI, Campaign, data management processes and critical Sr. Mgmt ad-hoc requests
- Business/Functional Lead across multiple portfolios spanning one or more regions.
