Senior Manager/AVP - Business Finance and MIS for a leading Bank in Mumbai

- Business MIS and Analytics support for business unit in preparation of various business MIS at Country and Regional Level.

- Financial Planning & analysis

- Providing insights based on analysis of a business segment's portfolio to top management enabling effective strategic actions and business decisions.

- Assist the senior management in strategic plan, annual budgeting and forecasting exercise at various levels - Country, Regional Teams, Team Leaders and last level of Business Team.

- Driving analytical reporting on financials (BS and P&L) along with presentation material to top management. Providing inputs for segment level Board notes for periodical / quarterly Board meetings.

- Key Group Company exposure analysis along with risk profiling of the exposures.

- Identifying key drivers & focus areas for tracking of profit / income, expense / cost related deviations in order to maximize profits / minimize expenses.

- Coordinating and preparing monthly and quarterly performance reports for the business units.

- Developing the analytics capabilities, by delivering - Project work across functions.

- Ability to work with big data & apply critical thinking to deliver fact based insights on drivers, trends and variance analysis.
