Qualification :
Must possess B.Tech/B.E/MCA or Post-Graduate degree in Management from a premier institute
Qualification :
- Must have a total work experience of at least 10 years and at least 4 of experience in managing business processes/promotion in relevant field
Roles/Responsibilities/Skills :
- Skill to deliver business services and its value across all stakeholders in the state and ensure Quality of Services offered
- Collaborate withagencies associated with the sub-contractors, consortium partners in delivery of these services
- Flair for training and guiding people in product adoption
- Ability to drive process changes or process improvement
- Manage team of people in executing the outlined plan by stakeholder
- Should have understanding of analysis and functional requirements definition
- Managing different personas - Team, Vendors, stakeholders etc
- Attitude to work on outcome based approach than purely R&R
- Should possess high sense of urgency, social inclination, collaboration, team player, patience to deal with different personas/stakeholders and listening ability
- The position requires extensive travel including extended stay in client location for extended period.
