Senior Manager/AVP - Business Development - BFSI

Location: Mumbai Center, Extensive travel required in the entire SE Asia

Responsibilities:

- Business development in international markets focusing on trade finance, factoring, and supply chain

- Oversee the daily operations of the Mumbai business

- Team leadership

- Achieve and exceed financial targets

- Building and maintaining relationships with global counterparts

- Conduct and oversee large value transactions in structured trade

Qualifications & Experience:

- A bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; MBA

- A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in trade finance or a similar

- Must have proven experience in structured trade finance and large value

- Strong leadership qualities and excellent team management

- Willingness to travel extensively in SE
