Job Description :

- The candidate will be responsible for managing the FIX order workflow at Institutional Equities trading desk. This includes monitoring the FIX sessions with multiple network aggregators, doing FIX certifications during new client onboarding, coordinating with the FIX network aggregators in case of any issues, etc.

- Understand the customization required in the FIX tags during client onboarding and get them implemented with the help of in-house development team/vendors.

- Work closely with the dealing desk to understand the requirement for any new algo development and then coordinate with the in-house development team/vendors.

- Manage the critical production issues faced by the dealing desk at the order management system (OMS) level internally or by escalating it to the vendors.

- Supervise the testing of new releases made by the OMS vendors and plan the roadmap for implementing them in production.
