Senior Manager/AVP - Business Analyst - Capital Management Domain - Investment Bank

Leading Investment Bank in is looking for Sr. Managers & Assistant Vice President for Bangalore & Chennai Location.

- Business Analyst with Capability/Experience/Expertise to elucidate business requirements from users, understand the requirements and documenting it precisely.

- Analyse the impacts of the change across other bank infrastructure and finalize a Business Solution then document it with clarity.

- Present and elucidate the Business Requirements to the technology teams, and clarify on any queries

- Verify the Solution meets the expectations of the business solution by performing rigorous User acceptance testing and obtaining the UAT Sign-off from respective Business stakeholders.

- Ensure timely & Quality delivery of all tasks / activities assigned.

- Ensure the solution complies with the laid down process steps, bank's data quality and reporting standards

- Develop subject matter expertise around Capital / regulatory reporting

- Actively participate and contribute in all ongoing knowledge management initiatives to develop functional content in the areas Capital Reporting framework

- Should be able to adapt to the changes and quickly align with the new processes, operating models and other technological changes

- Work with different stakeholders to continuously improve efficiency of delivery of Changes

Essential

1. Finance Professionals (MBA Finance) or Under-Graduation in Engineering + MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

2. Strong experience in managing Change Delivery; exposure to Project Management and Change Management practices in software

3. Strong analytical skills

4. Good understanding of banking products / Operations

5. Domain skills on Risk Weighted Assets/ Analysis& Reporting /Basel III Reporting / Regulatory Reporting, Credit Risk Analytics, Capital Reporting.

6. 5 to 15 years of relevant experience

Any other Professional certification like FRM or CFA will be an added advantage.
