Job Purpose:
- Plan and work towards Branch Process Digital, Assist in designing process / services request through alternate channel. Process re-engineering with digital options for cross-sell, Up-sell across channels. Coordination with various product teams across different verticals to design cross-sell process. Review the existing physical / digital option available and take up changes for all Retail Products.
Job Responsibilities(JR):
Product /Process Enhancement:
- Check the current process and design alternate online option.
- Implement digital seamless processes after discussing with the relevant stake holders
- Design and implement STP processes after discussing with the relevant stake holders
- Cross-sell of Digital services through alternate channels
- Assist in designing process / services request through alternate channel.
- Process re-engineering with digital options for cross-sell, Up-sell across channels.
- Coordination with various product teams across different verticals to design cross-sell process
- Competition Tracking
- Build strong market & competitor intelligence. Monitor competitors (bank and non-bank) to report on developing trends and potential impacts
- Operationalize Digital/revised transaction journeys
- Reduce Paper based & manual customer servicing
- Enhancement/Automation of charging process.
- New Technologies
- Take up new projects for implementation.
- Statement Link sent to customer with QR code for printing
- Enabling online validation/updation
