Senior Manager/AVP - Accounts & Taxation - Credit Bureau Firm

We are currently having urgent hiring with a leading US based Credit Bureau company

Role : SM / AVP - Accounts & Taxation

Location - Lower Parel

The position is a part of the Finance team and will be responsible for :

- Accounting, Audit, Compliance and Taxation:

- Compliance around Direct, Indirect Taxation

- Transfer Pricing reporting

- Accounting Process and Policy compliance

- Internal Audit control and compliance

- Adherence to IGAAP and US GAAP for closure of books

- SOX implementation

- Preparation and reporting of tax packages to be submitted to US on a quarterly basis

- Set up controls and procedures for debtors invoices; and collections on periodic basis

- Developing and maintaining systems for prompt and accurate collection of financial and accounting information

- Development and maintenance of repository of customer and key vendor agreements

- Coordinating with Tax offices for assessments / scrutiny, both directly and through consultants

- Providing support in monthly reports, MIS, annual budgeting and planning exercise

- Providing support in monthly variance analysis and review summary

- Other special projects.
