Senior Manager - Audit & Control Testing - Bank

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that control assessments are accurate, effective, comply with Global Risk Assurance procedures and templates, and meet quality control requirements.

- Ensure that assigned control assessments are delivered on time, in accordance with the Global Risk Assurance assessment plan.

- Customisation and localisation of standard assurance and evaluation of relevant controls for design and operating effectiveness, raise issues as appropriate.

- Provide stakeholders with insight into Global Risk Assurance activities.

- Ensure effective communication across Global Risk Function and its teams, LOBs, delivering key messages and strategic updates as appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills required:

- 7-10 years of experience in the banking industry.

- Good understanding and knowledge of Risk Management Framework

- Good understanding and knowledge of the Assurance Framework and related policies.

- Good understanding on control testing/risk assurance/operational risk/SOX

- Knowledge of Control Monitoring & Control Assurance for different types of controls
