Client Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the project finance sector.

- Understand client needs, objectives, and project requirements.

- Act as a trusted advisor, providing financial and strategic guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Financial Analysis and Due Diligence:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of project proposals, including financial modeling, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis.

- Perform due diligence on project feasibility, market conditions, and industry trends.

- Evaluate project risks and recommend appropriate financing structures and risk mitigation strategies.

Structuring and Negotiation:

- Structure appropriate financing solutions based on project requirements, risk profile, and regulatory considerations.

- Prepare detailed financing proposals, including term sheets, financial covenants, and repayment schedules.

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring alignment with the organization's risk appetite and profitability targets.

Credit Assessment and Risk Management:

- Assess the creditworthiness of borrowers and project sponsors.

- Conduct thorough credit analysis, including financial statement analysis, cash flow projections, and collateral valuation.

- Identify and mitigate project and credit risks through appropriate risk mitigation measures, such as guarantees, security arrangements, and risk sharing arrangements.

Relationship Management:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including credit, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure smooth deal execution and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on deal progress and addressing any concerns or issues.

- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as project consultants, legal advisors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project execution.

Portfolio Management and Monitoring:

- Monitor the performance of project finance portfolio, including financial and operational performance of projects.

- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews, identify early warning signs, and take appropriate measures to mitigate potential risks.

- Prepare and present portfolio performance reports to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.
