Senior Manager/Associate Vice President - Compliance - Category 2 AIF

Exp : 8+ years

Qualification : CS

Key Responsibilities :

- Deep knowledge of AIF regulations and understanding of the requirements in PPM and Contribution agreement

- Maintaining compliance calendar and abiding with the same

- Submission of proper / correct SEBI reports as required as per regulations.

- Submission of proper / correct trustee reports as required as per regulations.

- Proper Understanding of the EBT structure

- Understanding of the compliances and documentation requirement during any new investment

- Various reporting like INVI, FLA etc

- Policies review

- Assisting in PPM audits and Valuations

- Maintaining agenda and minutes of major events as required under regulations

- Implementation of new SEBI circulars.
