BYJU's is looking to hire young talented professionals in Bangalore for their business development and strategy team.

Position - Sr Manager/Associate Vice President (Business Development & Strategy)

Looking for young, dynamic, premium pedigree for Management Consulting role with the BYJU's.

Preferably candidates with 4-6 years of experience in Top 20 start up's of India

The KRA's would be :

- Working with the core team to create and execute new initiatives and strategies.

- Stakeholder management across the group.

- Leading new businesses segments and markets.

- Set up the growth path of next 1-3 yrs.

- Domestic & international expansions esp. in America, Europe etc.

The desirable would be:

- MBA & B.Tech from Tier 1 Universities and Institutions (IIT, NIT, IIM, ISB etc).

- Experience of 2-4 yrs. (post MBA) in new initiatives and strategy development.

- Preference would be from Management Consulting background like BCG/Bain/McKinsey/Deloitte etc.

- Should have entrepreneurial approach.
