In charge of hiring for Manila / Philippines region.
- Interacting with the Global Hiring Managers to understand the requirement and source best professionals in stipulated SLA for various analytics requirements within the vertical.
- Reviewing strategies with the managers on regular basis in terms of hiring and business projections.
- understand and Identify talent pool and market availability and build a strong mechanism to support business requirements
- End to end operations of HR recruitment
Candidate Requirement:
- Should have minimum 13 years of experience in handling recruitment and 7+ years of experience in global recruitment. (should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Manila/ Philippines hiring- IT/ITES)
- Should be willing to work out of Manila.
