- Responsible for overall management of the Rewards function (rewards partner) for 1 or 2 business areas Consultant to the HR team / business leaders of the responsible area.
- Actively seeks out competitive and varied market practices to learn from, and build upon for organization Is an excellent program manager with ability to manage complex work priorities.
- Building tools and Mechanism for leaders & managers to drive data driven decision making.
- Institutionalizes and improvises processes and systems with the help of technology in rewards
- Strong stakeholder management capability with HR and Business Leaders coupled with influencing skills
- Managing a team of 1 or 2 rewards professionals
- Identifies external partners and vendors.
Required experience (education & competency) :
-
- 10+ years of HR experience with a strong learning orientation with at least 6 years of experience in rewards area.
- Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach
- Deep technology understanding and systems thinking
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams
