Job Description:
- Managing overall Reverse Logistic Process
- To ensure timely pick ups from customers by coordinating with logistic partners
- To engage with multiple stakeholders for network-wide program implementation
- To coordinate development of tech products with the product team in line with the process requirements
- Expansion of Open pick ups ( Doorstep QC ) by aligning existing partners / on-boarding new partners
- Managing customer experience matrix in Reverse Logistics leg
- Quality Centre Operations
- Managing Return to shipper shipments and to work continuously on improvement in seller experience
- Managing seller disputes, identification of gaps and to ensure continuous improvement
- Managing team and work towards having superior customer as well as seller experience
- Vendor On-boarding and Vendor Management in reverse Leg
- Managing overall PNL in Reverse Leg and drive cost-saving initiatives
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors / Master's Degree in any discipline
- 1 to 5 years of experience in E-commerce supply chain background
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Basic SQL Data Extraction skills
- Good Project management experience
- Good knowledge of ground courier operations
- Ability to influence other teams and align them towards the common goals
