Will be responsible for:
- Talent fulfillment, Managing demand - supply rations, capacity utilization, bench management
- Will be influencing direct cost of delivery across projects within verticals and service lines.
- Support and enhance the organizational goal by deployment of the best in class practices in Talent Management (Learning and Development, creating talent pipeline, succession planning, individual development planning and creating job hierarchy)
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Resource Management profile from IT industry
- Good experience in talent fulfillment, demand- supply management, analytics, capacity utilization
- Good at multi-tasking & stakeholder management with ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demand
- Strong written communication & presentation skills (including MS Office skills - PowerPoint/Excel)
