Position: Senior Manager/Associate Director - Projects (Infra and Technical)

Exp: 15-20 yrs

Quali- cation - BE / B.Tech / M.Tech - Construction management/Electrical Engineering/Civil Engineering

Location: Mumbai - Work from office (Andheri East)

CTC : 30 - 45 L

Age criteria - max 45 yrs

Client : An MNC Adtech company (with Offices in: New York ,Los Angeles ,Dubai , Zurich ,Mumbai ,Pune , Bangalore) to handle Pan India & Dubai...(International exposure is an added advantage.

Responsibilities :

- Proven track record as a Project Manager in driving and implementing of- ce move/refurbishment/ renovation/ upgradation / minor workspace modi- cations/ building out production - oors/ cabin/ cubicles / conference rooms/ board rooms / parking space designing and building/ space management etc

- Manage all aspects of project execution including but not limited to schedule development and management, budget development and management, internal approvals, design and construction document production, occupancy of medium to large of- ces, RFP processes, construction, MEP (AHM/UPS/Gen sets/AC vents etc), furniture, etc

- Responsible for ensuring project is executed within de- ned schedule and budget

- Review all proposed plans and construction documents to identify possible value engineering and cost reduction opportunities

- Raising CapEx proposals for each project and ensuring design implementation and execution as per the set standards

- Responsible for vendor management, negotiations, procurement, and all project documentation (including relevant approval) for all projects

- Collaborate with vendors to ensure compliance with various OHS/EHS, Access, Fire & Safety standards

Skills, experience and personal attributes :

- Should have handled projects independently.

- Strong technical skills in MEP coordination and execution.

- Prior experience in the Interior - t-out/coworking industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Good knowledge of excel and other MS of- ce applications.

- Awareness in local statutory and compliance needs for commercial works.

- Hands on knowledge in BOQ development and quantity estimation.

- Working experience of Auto cad.

- Should be open to travel.

- Should be open to learning.
