Senior Manager/Associate Director - Presales Solutions Architect - F&A Domain

We are hiring for a Presales Solutions Role in F&A at a leadership level.

Role: Associate Director/ Sr Manager

Location: PAN India

Experience: 13+ Years

Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of 13 years of experience with exposure to the F&A domain.

- Expertise in F&A processes tailored to specific industries such as banking, financial services, healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, logistics, and utilities-energy.

- Extensive exposure to working with Solutions team and has owned end-to-end RFP/ RFI response process.

- Ability to define projects, execute within timelines and with multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and to budget.

- Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop solutions from conceptualization to structuring, including cost assessment, proposal development, creation of Statements of Work (SOW), defining service levels, and outlining business outcomes.

- Actively involve internal and external partners in solutioning, developing offerings, and pursuing deals to seize opportunities with both current and prospective clients.

- Proactively assess solutions, ensuring alignment with transition, transformation, and operational delivery, to secure agreements with existing and prospective clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

- Oversee the end-to-end presales solutioning process for F&A projects, including analysing client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting proposals.

- Collaborate with sales, product management, and technical teams to develop and articulate compelling value propositions for clients.

- Ensure the quality and accuracy of presales deliverables, including proposals, presentations, and solution documentation.
