Qualifications & Key Requirements :
- MBA HR or PDGPM / PGDHRD having 4-10 years of experience
- Master's degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
- Work stints in more than 2 CoE areas or HR Operations and CoE.
- Ability to design and implement effective development programs. Knowledge of Instruction Design will be an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of HRIS (PeopleSoft / SAP) would be beneficial
- Knowledge of LMS - Learning Management Systems
