Experience : 10-16 years

Role Summary : We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced professional who can own and drive media relations and internal communication.

You will serve in a key leadership position for the organization.

Key Responsibilities: will include Media Relations & Management, Content Marketing and Internal Communications.

Media Relations & Management :

- Create and implement a communication vision for the brand, which creatively and consistently promotes its unique position in the marketplace

- Create and drive PR strategy for the firm in India in line with the organization strategy and engage with all the internal and external stakeholders in the process

- Focus on creatively developing and driving the organization's brand equity & employer branding

- Establish and strengthen relationships with relevant media houses, editors and correspondents

- Develop media and content briefs for various purposes and different stakeholders

- Provide media training to spokespeople

- Proactively identify relevant media opportunities to enhance the firms India profile

- Ensure media coverage as per the agreed plan

- Monitor the media landscape across the industry and competitors

- Perform - damage control- in cases of bad publicity

Content Marketing :

- Create and drive a Content Plan

- Develop content such as blogs and articles covering industry-relevant topics

- Engage with the Research team to make research outcomes relevant to the audience and extract relevant stories

Internal Communications :

- Work with the CEO, HR, Management Team and other stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent communication and engagement between India staff

- Work in conjunction with the stakeholders to develop, manage and drive an internal communication plan aligned with organization goals.

- Plan, edit and draft content for various internal communication channels to communicate with internal staff ensuring alignment with external positioning.

- Plan and organize regular events which encourage two-way dialogue between management and staff.

- Leverage all the channels to drive communication most innovatively and efficiently.

- Develop an engaged internal community of employee groups both in-person and online.

- Promote adoption of sharing and social collaboration

- Manage internal communication response to crisis situations

Required:

- A post-graduation/ graduation degree in - Communication-, - Marketing & Branding- or similar specialization from a premier institute

- Around 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a leading media house, a reputed public relations firm or in a corporate communications role in leading organizations.

- Experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders and building networks to deliver results

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating attention to detail

- Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in strategic and creative design and execution of organizational brand building, marketing, and communications

- Ability to work independently and responsibly while managing multiple projects simultaneously

- Any relevant independent projects undertaken could make you win brownie points


Salary offered: 14-19LPA
