Senior Manager/Associate Director - Key Accounts
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the BD agenda: Strategize how to unlock more business from new and existing clients. Take ownership of the full funnel of activities needed to close and retain new / existing clients
- Lead client meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with key decision-makers to pitch our solutions (including cross-sell / up-sell opportunities)
- Pitch decks and proposals: Prepare customized proposals based on client needs and guide sales team in negotiations to close new business - Build and maintain client relationships: Use your existing professional network to open conversations and explore opportunities across identified brands/categories.
- Functional expertise: Create frameworks and SOPs for the BD and sales team to ensure that opportunities go from conversations to solutions and revenue in a time bound manner
- Industry intel: Remain up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
Skills required:
- Must have 10+ years of experience in client servicing / account management in an agency set-up.
- Must possess a strong understanding of the gadget industry
- Must have business development experience
- Strong executor who is proactive and anticipates evolving business needs.
- Communicates clearly and effectively externally and internally and possesses strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
