Senior Manager/Associate Director - Key Account Management - B2B eCommerce

Role Responsibilities :

- Account Management & Farming : The desired candidate needs to demonstrate sharp skills of managing/farming key accounts and growing them into cash cows

- Drive customer NPS and manage key customer relationships by driving value

- Should be able to grow accounts by driving company value proposition

- P&L management of accounts handled

- End to end responsibility from order to fulfillment for key accounts

- Role would require travelling to customer location
