One of our leading Financial BPO clients in Chennai is looking for Sr. Manager or Associate Director level who has strong work experience in Internal audit and Data analytics with CA Post Qualification.

Internal Audit has a - global resource pool- of auditors who have diversified skills and experience in areas of risk management and internal audits, both process and technology related. The - global resource pool- demonstrates the collective expertise and capabilities within the function to perform audits and reviews of varying nature and complexities. The function's success measured in terms of quality, value-add and efficient delivery largely depends upon the collective and individual contributions of the auditors in the - global resource pool- .

The Senior Director of Internal Audit, responsible for Talent Management, will have overall ownership of the - global resource pool- ; to develop a high caliber professional team with diverse relevant expertise and experience. The Senior Director will be supported by the Project Management Lead, responsible for developing and implementing staffing services that help maximize utilization while balancing workloads and providing career opportunities for professionals.

Data analysts in the - global resource pool- have the unique opportunity to work in a global environment, acquire diverse experiences, develop new skills and nurture their growth. The Data Analytics Manager will lead a team of analysts to meet the analytical and fraud detection needs of the Internal Audit Department, Corporate Security Department, operational groups and other administrative departments. As a member of the - global resource pool-, the Data Analyst Manager will:

- Work across SOX, audit and advisory engagements.

- Work on process and technology related areas.

- Be assigned to engagements based on their availability, expertise and development needs versus geographical proximity criteria.

- Engage with different Functional Heads, Leaders and team members.

- Be assigned across engagements. These include leading engagements with respect to data analytics, managing DA team resources and delivery, and interacting with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

The DA Senior Manager works closely with the IA Functional Leads, to lead / support the effective planning and execution of engagements. The individual's responsibilities include

- Develop requirements in collaboration with the Audit Team. Design, code, test, and analyze results using tools such as ACL, IDEA, SQL, MS Excel, MS Access and Tableau

- Design analytics tests to support audit activities, including Audits, Continuous Monitoring, and Risk Assessments. Perform data analysis as needed using various techniques (statistical analysis, predictive analytics, and forensics review) to reach and support conclusions.

- Recommend analytics solutions as part of audit planning to help execute audit tests by providing the ability to automate full-population testing, sampling, re-performing control activities, and performing exception testing.
