Senior Manager/Associate Director - Internal Audit - CA

Role Description :

- As a Senior Manager-Associate Director Internal Audit, you will lead and oversee all internal audit activities. You will be responsible for managing the Internal Audit function, setting internal audit strategies, developing annual audit plans, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will lead a team and manage audits, investigations, and risk assessment projects, conduct evaluations to improve controls, and assess the overall effectiveness of processes, risk management, and governance activities.

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai.

Qualifications :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other applicable professional certification will be preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, or related field; 5+ years of experience managing an Internal Audit team & clients.

- Strong knowledge of internal auditing standards, risk assessment practices, and control evaluation techniques

- Experience in evaluating the design and effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance controls and building/maintaining strong audit processes across a variety of sectors

- Experience in developing audit plans that align with strategic business goals and driving results to enhance operations

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and oral.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
