Role: Senior Manager/Associate Director - Rewards (HR)

Location: Bengaluru (Bellandur)
Job Description:
(A) Partnering with senior HR and Business Leaders as a rewards partner for a key business units
- Acting as trusted advisor for all matters related to compensation for the business unit - Driving data based decision making.
- Implementing all rewards related rhythms for the business.
- Providing deep market insights on rewards to help drive the people agenda for the business.
(B) Leading a sub functional area(s) (for ex: Benefits, Stock,Market Insights etc) for all of Company.
- Seeking out competitive and varied market practices while designing plans that take into account our unique context and position in the industry.
- Build systems and processes for the sub-function that will sustain the next level of growth for the company.
Skills Required:
- 8-12 years of HR experience with a strong learning orientation with atleast 5+ years of experience in Rewards. Mix of consulting + line rewards experience would be ideal.
- Analytical/logical ability and a solution selling approach.
- Deep systems thinking .
- Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse teams.
- Ability to program managem across complex situations/multiple stakeholders.
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate in HR from Tier 1 Institute (Preferred)
