Beyond search, recruiters can view AI-generated insights and establish a connect with prospects on the fly.
As the Senior Manager/Associate Director of growth at getlista.io, you will be an integral part of our core team, driving the adoption of our product as a service. You will be responsible for identifying new customer opportunities, onboarding strategic partners, and facilitating sales to ensure our platform's success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Identification: Utilize your deep understanding of the recruitment industry to identify potential customers and understand their unique needs. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
Sales Facilitation: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closing deals. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform growth strategies and product development.
Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive continuous improvement in the platform's offerings.
Performance Tracking: Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track growth and success. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team.
Customer Centricity: Ensure a customer-first approach in all growth strategies, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a growth-focused role, preferably within the recruitment or technology industry.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partner management.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
