Role Objective

- The Firm is seeking to recruit a bright and a passionate individual who has relevant work experience and skills in Banking sector domain. This is a leadership role encompassing all the aspects of practice management including business prospecting, client management, execution & implementation, coaching etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Building client relationships via past associations or by active marketing efforts (a good networking capability is a pre-requisite)

- Prospecting for new business by using the client relationships, getting an active handle on RBI regulations to drive business opportunities on a pro-active basis

- Building a thought leadership position by creating contemporary articles on Banking or by being a speaker at leadership forums on contemporary Banking topics

- Recruiting bright/talented individuals who can adapt to the rigors of consulting and creating a good execution capability in the practice

- Delivering expected profitability from the practice by placing a sharp focus on the utilization of the staff and the recovery of the projects

- Interacting with multiple Advisory practices to develop cross-selling opportunities

Desired Profile :

- Experience in in handling Fraud Risk Assessment, Fraud Detection, Forensic Investigation, Fraud Risk & Internal Audit (Financial Services) Analysis, FCPA AND/OR Anti-Fraud Management etc.

- CA (1st attempt preferred) /MBA (from a top tier business school) with a commerce background and industry specialization preferred

- Must have substantial professional experience in Forensic Services in India

- Must have led Indian elements of international anti-corruption (i.e. FCPA) matters (investigations, assessments or due diligences)

- Must have deep understanding of the basic elements of forensic services, including investigations, fraud risk reviews, corporate intelligence and data analytics

- Work together with data engineers and intelligence professionals to bring all relevant information to bear in investigations

- Excellent command of written and spoken English and the ability to write clear and concise reports and make clear and concise verbal presentations

- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications

- Excellent interpersonal, project management and client relationship skills

- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills. Excellent delivery skills and technical knowledge.
